Your key responsibilities will include: * **Client Experience**: Drive customer satisfaction and partner engagement by mentoring partners on best practices and ensuring a seamless customer experience. * **Individual Development**: Provide coaching and guidance to partners on performance improvement and conduct regular check-ins to ensure they're meeting their goals. * **Chief On the Job**: Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensure partners are aware of daily tasks and responsibilities, and perform MOD duties as needed. * **Leadership**: Collaborate with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) to develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and engagement. * **Recruitment and Selection**: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for hourly partners and provide input on their performance and development. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, or customer service) * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the home improvement industry * Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving customer satisfaction * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment * Knowledge of home improvement products and services * Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to motivate and develop team members * Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Strong analytical and decision-making skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
