**Your Role**
As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CX) at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, showcasing your expertise in our products and processes
* Actively managing the customer support conversation queue to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
* Effectively answering customer inquiries, articulating product information, and upholding agent performance standards in Gladly
* Collaborating daily with careerzynith distribution centers and customers to share your passion for our brand and products
* Working remotely or in an office setting, with a strong preference for applicants living near an careerzynith Mountain Studio
**Your Responsibilities**
* Communicate daily via phone, email, and chat with customers and coworkers
* Actively manage the customer support conversation queue
* Effectively answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and within required KPIs
* Understand and articulate careerzynith product information and processes with ease
* Uphold agent performance standards in Gladly accordingly
**Your Skills and Experience**
* High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
* Intermediate computer and typing skills required
* Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred
* Previous experience in customer service preferred
* Outdoor apparel/apparel knowledge preferred
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required

* Role is full-time, hourly non-exempt
