**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class support to our customers through live chat on various platforms, including Facebook Messenger. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
* Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to meet customer needs
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide unique solutions
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
