**Job Overview**
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as an Airport Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering positive customer experiences in all areas of our terminals. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Airport Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with customers, reviewing their daily work sheet, and reacting to changes in the operating environment to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders, including DPS, AOC, TSC, EOC, Airlines, and CBP, to deliver exceptional customer experiences during routine or emergency events, such as accident/injury reports, elevator/Skylink entrapments, homeless population, and criminal trespass.
* Answering customers' questions and concerns, providing information on all arenaflex products, including airport services, amenities, concessions, airlines, and kiosks.
* Delivering customer assistance for internal/external stakeholder requests, including terminal tours and media events, Military Service Member Support/USO, SkyLink interruptions, and Airline Special events, such as the Snowball Express.
* Performing multiple customer experience functions for all areas of the Terminal, including Public Space, Airline Space, Checkpoints, Concessions, Customs and Border Protection, Custodial and Maintenance Support, and Terminal Projects.
* Completing a variety of activity logs and status reports to monitor the business unit and ensure continuous improvement.
* Executing the daily operational and 4-day forecast plan to direct engagement and interaction with customers, monitoring the actual operational environment to mitigate customer impact and maintain positive customer experiences throughout all 5 terminals.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Two (2) years of experience in customer service in a direct customer service environment.
* Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for approximately 500 feet; ability to occasionally lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
* Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Ability to speak a second language in addition to English.
* Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications as required.
