Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support via telephone, email, and instant messaging * Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues * Escalating complex product-related issues to the Product Support department * Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying root causes, and using tools and resources to resolve issues * Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues * Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information * Meeting quality standards, adhering to schedule, and maintaining average handle time * Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates * Performing other related duties as assigned **Qualifications:** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
