As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
* Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products

**Job Summary**
Customer Experience Specialists connect with customers via phone and create an experience where customers know they have been heard and understood and feel valued and important. This is accomplished by:
* Effective listening
* Quickly identifying and owning customer issues

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Consistently make safety and security, of self and others, the priority
* Possess correct legal documentation to live and work in Singapore
* Be a Singapore citizen
* Be fluent in written and verbal English
* Have a flexible schedule as this position will require you to work weekends, holidays, and including night shifts
* Possess a diploma or above (consideration will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience in a contact centre environment)
**What Will Give You a Competitive Edge**
While a diploma or above is preferred, we'll also consider candidates with relevant work experience in a contact centre environment. Additionally, having one year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service will give you a competitive edge.
**Compensation and Training**
The starting pay for this position is SGD 3,100 per month. The position is also eligible for performance-based incentives after six months probation period, shift allowances, monthly rewards if company meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and annual pay increases.
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training. Classroom training includes instruction, observation, exams, and performance measures.
