**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer experience professionals, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring that every interaction with our platform is nothing short of exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Ownership over strategic areas of CX**: You'll be responsible for owning and driving strategic initiatives in areas such as dispute resolution, learning and development, and customer outreach.
* **De-escalation and mediation**: You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to de-escalate and mediate disputes, applying guidelines and discretionary decision-making to resolve issues efficiently.
* **Performance feedback and career development**: You'll provide regular performance feedback and career development opportunities to team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
* **Driving team performance**: You'll drive your team to meet and exceed metric expectations, ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is exceptional.
* **Workload distribution and queue management**: You'll help distribute workloads and manage queues, ensuring that every customer receives timely and effective support.
* **Employee engagement and development**: You'll develop a trusting and accountable team, ensuring that every team member feels empowered to succeed.
* **Process development and improvement**: You'll identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* **KPI reporting and analysis**: You'll run weekly KPI reports, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data trends.
* **Cross-functional collaboration**: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
* **Presentations and communication**: You'll present in team and all-company meetings, ensuring that every stakeholder is informed and aligned with arenaflex's vision.

* **Sense of humor and teamwork**: You'll be able to work collaboratively with others and maintain a sense of humor in challenging situations.
* **Discretionary decision-making**: You'll be able to apply guidelines and make discretionary decisions when faced with difficult situations.
* **3+ years of experience in customer service, support, or experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams.
