Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training:** Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. * **Train new and existing employees on client projects:** Emphasize the importance of customer confidentiality and security, and provide guidance on best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * **Develop non-classroom communication and training materials:** Create engaging and interactive training content that caters to diverse learning styles and preferences. * **Assess individual participant and class performance:** Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives. * **Participate in minor client interaction:** Engage with clients through Weekly Business Review meetings, provide curriculum feedback, and conduct client visits to ensure alignment with arenaflex's customer experience standards. * **Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct:** Uphold arenaflex's values and code of conduct in all interactions with new employees, clients, and colleagues. * **Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
