**Experienced Customer Insights Specialist – Consumer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics**

If you're passionate about consumer intelligence, advanced analytics, and innovation, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Customer Insights Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for selling Consumer Insights services, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation solutions to new and existing clients. You'll work closely with our local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities, and proactively offer solutions to achieve sales targets. Your expertise in market and category analysis, combined with your exceptional communication and presentation skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Independently sell Consumer Insights services, Advanced Analytics, and Innovation solutions to new and existing clients, successfully assessing their needs and proactively offering solutions to achieve sales targets. * Partner with local Account Development team to understand client needs and priorities, and develop joint business plans to drive revenue growth. * Scope projects responsibly to meet sales targets, ensuring feasibility by partnering with the Solution expert, Customer Success, and Operations teams. * Engage with clients to secure customer satisfaction, answering their concerns and questions, and delivering on-site and off-site client consultancy work. * Build arenaflex's portfolio awareness through presentations at conferences, clients, and internal events. * Execute business plans, proactively searching for opportunities on the market, making suggestions for improvement, and gathering client requirements from commercial teams. * Participate in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective markets, managing pipeline, and providing weekly input for forecasting sales. * Continuously develop professional skills and knowledge related to arenaflex tools and services. * Use arenaflex processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers, making recommendations and proposals. * Collaborate with other departments at arenaflex to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Role Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or related area. * Strong communication, verbal, and written skills. * Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills. * Exceptional ability for market and category analysis. * Excellent presentation skills. * Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions. * Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment. * Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes. * Fluency in Romanian and English. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. * Competent negotiator with good influencing skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in Consumer Insights (sales or consulting). * Broad industry knowledge (FMCG, Banking, Telekom). * Accuracy and attention to detail. **What We Offer:** * Work in an international, multicultural environment. * Private medical coverage. * Hybrid working module. * Meal Tickets / monthly. * Easter and Christmas vouchers and vacation vouchers/tickets. * Internal recognition program. * Volunteer time off. * Flexible working environment. * Volunteer time off. * LinkedIn Learning. * Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP). **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
