We're seeking an experienced Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst to join our consumer marketing and media team in New York, New York. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and optimizing customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. **Work Overview**
As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
* Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
* Working with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives that encourage sampling and acquisition
* Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle to drive customer growth and retention
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and optimize customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention strategies for our streaming services
* Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
* Proven track record of developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and retention
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
* Experience working with CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the streaming services industry
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer journey mapping, customer experience, or data analysis
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
