Previous customer service experience, especially in pest control or high-volume call settings, is a plus. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, supporting our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer interaction reinforces our reputation as the industry leader in pest control. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound customer calls and providing timely, accurate solutions
* Communicating with customers through email, chat, and text platforms
* De-escalating concerns with professionalism, empathy, and patience
* Educating customers on our services and assisting with troubleshooting using our CRM (PestPac)
* Updating and reviewing customer accounts, including service, billing, and warranty details
* Scheduling appointments clearly and efficiently
* Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience
* Identifying upsell opportunities and offering value-added services when appropriate
* Accurately entering data, processing payments, and supporting Inside Sales as needed
* Documenting customer concerns and escalating issues appropriately
* Supporting special projects and participating in ongoing customer service initiatives
**What We Need from You**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor
* Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational abilities
* Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; PestPac experience preferred
* Previous experience handling multi-line phone systems is a plus
* Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer/phone for extended periods
* Willingness to work two Saturdays per month
