As a part-time Customer & Membership Data Management Services Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Job Summary** We are seeking two part-time Customer & Membership Data Management Services Professionals to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our web-based data portal, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position, requiring 25-35 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Manage our web-based data portal, processing membership applications, payments, and other transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. * Develop and implement a positive and inclusive membership application and fee intake process that informs and welcomes parents, including Club tours, form review, answering questions, and assisting new families as necessary. * Create and provide communication materials to parents, school or community members/organizations, and maintain accurate computer records and generate reports. * Type correspondence and spreadsheets, and perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. * Monitor and manage the flow of pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the building, ensuring safety and security at all times. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all programs and schedules, and be knowledgeable about all services offered by arenaflex. * Provide warm and welcoming greetings to visitors, members, and parents, and maintain a clean and well-organized space/lobby at all times. **Requirements** * 21 years or older * College or degree (Associates/BA) preferred * Experience working with children, Boys & Girls Club experience a plus * Education background in computer and internet systems, data entry, or other related field * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Publisher, and online registration portal process * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to work with young people and parents, and possess necessary skills to properly instruct and guide youth * Must be able to take initiative, be creative, resourceful, and motivated * Ability to perform gross and fine motor activities required for typing, writing, simple manipulations, and use of computer screen * Visual acuity for accurate reading, typing, filing, and use of computer screen * Ability to work at a rapid pace and where frequent interruptions and changes in plans or deadlines may occur * Hearing is needed for purposes of business-related phone communications, public broadcasts, answering incoming calls, etc. * Ability to lift and carry 15 to 50 lbs office supplies, audio equipment, and other items needed for the preparation and takedown of special events * Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, squat for filing and retrieval of stored files and supplies **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual Spanish a must * Experience working with web-based database management systems * Familiarity with MS Office and online registration portal process * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
