Your experience at careerzynith will be a career accelerator, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of 5,000 people from over 100 countries, speaking 74 languages, and bringing a connected and dynamic culture that drives continuous learning and innovation for our customers. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Onboarding Manager, SMB | German Speaking, you will: * Help customers from low and medium-touch journeys through onboarding and offboarding * Help your teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions on processes and careerzynith products * Take additional responsibilities to drive more complex projects, and drive process and product improvements to impact wider teams * Set up customers to success in a timely manner through becoming an expert in careerzynith products * Problem solve Client's issues and proactively advocate for Client's success * Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience * Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation. Lead key initiatives and internal projects. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role and really understand how to launch and manage complex onboarding journeys * Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert * A creative approach to problem-solving and embracing the challenge with the tools at your disposal * Excellent communication skills with great written and presentation skills * A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them * Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion successfully * A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality.
