As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our platform and achieve their business goals. **What is a Customer Onboarding Specialist?** A Customer Onboarding Specialist is a dedicated team member responsible for ensuring new customers have a seamless and successful experience with our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance, support, and advocacy to help them navigate the early stages of product usage. Your goal is to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success by making the onboarding process efficient, helpful, and tailored to their needs. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Joining the Customer Success Manager (CSM) on initial kickoff calls with new customers to set the stage for a successful partnership * Acting as the primary contact for new customers, answering questions, providing customized advice, and troubleshooting basic issues * Monitoring X-Cart setup progress and guiding customers through next steps to ensure a smooth transition * Demonstrating features, providing guidance, and troubleshooting basic issues through scheduled calls or video meetings * Proactively contacting customers at the first sign of trouble to improve trial conversions and ensure a successful launch * Working with various arenaflex teams to create and update customer education materials, ensuring our customers have the resources they need to succeed * Helping transition customers effectively out of onboarding and onto full platform adoption and usage * Collaborating with the CSM to provide customer feedback, raise concerns or escalations, and continually adjust and perfect the onboarding process * Conducting ongoing reviews of the onboarding process with the CSM and other teams involved in onboarding to drive continuous improvement **Requirements and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar field * Bonus points for experience in Customer Onboarding in the eCommerce and/or SaaS industry * Additional bonus points for experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry * Ability to work between 8AM and 5PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) * Familiarity with Monday.com and other project management tools * Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain them to others * Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for customers * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficient in English and able to effectively communicate with native English speakers * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively * Passionate about improving processes and delivering a fantastic customer experience **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * 60-100% of medical insurance (US Employees only) * Unlimited PTO to recharge and pursue your passions * Phone/internet reimbursement to support your remote work setup * Access to our chair/desk reimbursement program to create a comfortable workspace * Additional benefits TBD, including opportunities for professional growth and development **Location** As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option to visit our arenaflex Headquarters in Athens, GA whenever you'd like.
