**The Role**
As a Customer Operations Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions to their queries, concerns, and feedback. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real difference in people's lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-app chat
* Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
* Collaborate with our Financial Crime team to detect and prevent financial crimes, such as identity theft and scams
* Work closely with our product team to understand customer feedback and feature requests, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our customers
* Support other team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and escalation support
* Participate in training and development programs to expand your knowledge and skills
**What We're Looking For**
* A UK resident with the right to work in the UK
* Over 18 years old
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using laptops and social media platforms
* Friendly, organized, and adaptable
* Willingness to learn and grow with our company
