Understand customer needs and align our offerings with their strategic objectives. * **Managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs)**: Ensure our responses are precise and punctual, and establish pricing proposals and annual financial strategies that involve forecasting and cost analysis to enhance profitability. * **Directing customer projects**: Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
