**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading customer programs that accelerate business outcomes, driving strategic and financial value for our customers through transformational professional services programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term.
* Leading business outcomes, with the ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
* Developing a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team (platform sales).
* Establishing executive relationships across technology and business groups, with executive sponsorship of programs.
* Establishing an internal network at arenaflex, most notably with internal organizations critical to success: account team (#OneTeam), Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
* Successful assumption of the role of strategic advisor and expert, with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customer's business and the available cloud services.
* Delivering on annual bookings targets with deal structure aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex - Professional Services business objectives.
* Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

**Basic Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
* Experience with selling consulting/professional services with recurring revenue from accounts/territory.
* Business development experience, including multiyear, multiple service offerings with a total contract value of +10M agreements and familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
* Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion
* Experience assessing customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-Level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation programs.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services.
* International consulting or professional services sales and delivery experience with global F500 enterprise customers and partners.
* Understanding of cloud computing and data transition challenges.
* A partner network for joint pursuit and delivery.
**Compensation & Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
