**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Practice Manager, you will be responsible for:
* **Leading Business Outcomes**: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation, driving business growth and revenue.
* **Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps**: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term.
* **Developing Unified Account Plans**: Align with AWS account teams (direct sales) to drive customer success and growth.
* **Establishing Executive Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business & Technology groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs.
* **Establishing Internal Networks**: Collaborate with internal organizations critical to success, including Account Team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
* **Delivering on Annual Bookings, Revenue, and Customer Satisfaction Targets**: Meet or exceed targets through deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and AWS ProServe business objectives.
* **Supporting Scale through Shared Learnings**: Share knowledge and best practices across the ProServe team to drive growth and excellence.

**Basic Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience**
* **5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience**
* **8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles**
* **Proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs**
* **Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions**
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management**
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations**
**Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
