Look no further than arenaflex, the co-founder and largest provider of Proven Winners plants in the U.S. We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Representative to join our team on a seasonal basis, providing outstanding customer service to our eCommerce customers via phone, email, and chat.
As a Customer Relationship Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing the entire company through communications with customers. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining good customer relations, acting as their resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate. You'll answer phone calls, online questions, chats, and close cases, tracking and documenting customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce.
**A Day in the Life**
As a Customer Relationship Representative, your typical day might include:
* Helping customers pick out plants for their gardens over the phone
* Ordering replacement plants for customers who have an issue with their shipment
* Responding to customer reviews to sustain trust in our brand
* Answering general customer questions on our product pages
* Utilizing the #1 software for CRM and statistical data reporting: Salesforce

**What We Offer:**
* A seasonal position with a 6-month time frame
* Two different schedules to choose from: Part-time Seasonal (Friday through Tuesday, 9:30am to 2:00pm) or Full-time Seasonal (Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm)

**Essential Functions:**
* Develop and maintain good customer relations by acting as their resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate
* Answer phone calls, online questions, chats, and close cases, tracking and documenting customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce
* Diligently watch for patterns of misunderstanding/deficient information through incoming cases and alert your supervisor and manager
* Order replacement plants for customers
* Actively participate in all meetings, sharing your successes and challenges, asking questions, and providing suggestions for improvement

**Essential Skills:**
* Demonstrate more than a basic knowledge of computers and applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
* Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems, company-specific computer programs, and other new technology

**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar position
* Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office
* Salesforce experience is a plus, but is not a necessity
* Relevant college coursework preferred
