We're committed to creating a workplace culture that's inclusive, diverse, and empowering. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Research Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and executing research studies that drive business strategy and inform product innovations. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing the end-to-end execution of large-scale tracker surveys * Designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research studies to answer key business questions * Engaging with partner teams to collect input and ensure research studies are designed to generate findings that inform strategic decisions * Identifying the proper research method(s) for deep dive research studies based on business objectives, timeline, and resourcing * Conducting survey analysis, identifying insights and opportunities, and devising recommendations that inform business decisions * Communicating research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management * Influencing partner teams across the company to take action based on research findings * Managing external vendors that execute research studies * Identifying opportunities to simplify existing research processes and operate more nimbly * Managing and prioritizing research requests from business teams * Participating in short-term and long-term strategic planning **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Research, Economics, or a related field of study * 3+ years of quantitative/qualitative market research experience, including survey design and execution * 3+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements * Experience with statistical techniques used for survey design and analytics (e.g., statistical significance, Conjoint, MaxDiff) * Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at scale **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree * 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, roadmap planning, building processes * Experience programming in Qualtrics * Strong proficiency in Excel, including features such as pivot tables and advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.) * Experience working with global cross-functional teams * Experience using data visualization tools **Skills and Competencies** * Endless curiosity and passion for understanding customer perceptions and behaviors * Expertise in research design best practices and identifying the appropriate research methodology based on defined business objectives * Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical techniques used for survey design and analytics * Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at scale * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and innovative solutions * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market.
