Your responsibilities will include: * **Generating Retail Sales**: Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network and drive sales growth. * **Customer Needs Assessment**: Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions. * **Product Insights and Recommendations**: Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution that meets their needs. * **Closing Sales**: Utilize phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions, resulting in closed sales and satisfied customers. * **Ongoing Development**: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory to stay ahead of the curve. * **Sales Skill Refining**: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services. **Requirements** To succeed as a Customer Sales Associate, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or GED**: A minimum educational requirement to demonstrate your ability to learn and grow with our organization. * **One or More Years of Work Experience**: A proven track record of work experience that showcases your ability to adapt to new situations and challenges. * **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance) to meet the needs of our customers. * **Openness to Additional Shifts**: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. * **Preferred Qualifications**: + **Commission-Based Experience**: Experience working in a commission-based environment that demonstrates your ability to drive sales growth and meet targets. + **Sales Experience**: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions and meet their needs. + **Customer Service Experience**: Customer service experience that showcases your ability to provide exceptional service and resolve customer complaints. **What We Offer** As a Customer Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * **Competitive Salary**: A yearly salary from $43,000 to $56,000, which includes base compensation, team-based commission, and opportunities for individual incentives. * **Full-Time Benefits**: Full-time benefits begin on the first day of employment, including health and wellness benefits, a 6% 401(k) match, stock awards, over 4 weeks of paid leave (inclusive of vacation, holidays, and personal days), reduced pricing on arenaflex products and services, up to four months of paid parental leave, up to $8K in annual tuition assistance, as well as additional incentives to support your career advancement. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
