**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Processor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical billing and insurance processes. You'll be responsible for preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing, and reporting accounts payable/receivable transactions, while providing exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and clients. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provides exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and clients, responding to internal and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collects patient payments and performs other duties as assigned, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of accounts receivable transactions
* Interprets insurance payments and correspondence, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
* Processes billing records within set timeframes, meeting departmental quality and production standards
* Works in a team setting environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Makes decisions based on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
* Meets and exceeds performance expectations, completing work within required timeframes and maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy
* Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, with some latitude over prioritization and timing
* Follows standard policies and practices, adhering to arenaflex's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2-year experience in customer service working in the medical field, with a strong understanding of medical billing and insurance processes
* Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and clients who may have limited English proficiency
* Experience with MS Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, with a strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
* Organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with ECW (e-Clinical Works), with a strong understanding of electronic medical records and billing systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Compensation and Benefits:**
The compensation range for this position is $37,200 - $51,200 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
