**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Administrator Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and market research assignments
* Sharing your thoughts and opinions on new consumer products and services
* Completing written and oral instructions provided for each panel
* Using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
* Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred

**Requirements**
