**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions
* Recognizing the immediate needs of the Banking Center throughout the day and proactively providing support as needed
* Building relationships with customers and promoting arenaflex's products and services
* Operating as a CSR and/or providing additional support to the banking center's sales and operational objectives
**Essential Functions**
1. **Excellent Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
2. **Operational and Security Proficiency**: Ensure compliance with all established arenaflex policies, procedures, and security measures.
3. **Identify Referral Opportunities**: Recognize potential referral opportunities and promote arenaflex's products and services accordingly.
4. **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business partners.
5. **Cross-selling of arenaflex's Products and Services**: Promote arenaflex's products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
6. **Business Development (inside and outside)**: Generate new financial relationships through outbound calling, internal business development, and building a loyal customer base.
7. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Personally model the standards of arenaflex's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
* Assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and make recommendations to fulfill their needs.
* Process financial service transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Responsible for CSR cash drawer and follows proper balancing and cash handling procedures.
* Comply and operate within security and audit procedures.
* Meet and exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits, partner referrals, and profitability.
* Promote the sales culture within the banking center by demonstrating strong ability to sell and successfully promote arenaflex's products and services.
* Communicate and partner effectively with branch staff and peers to promote a team environment.
* Monitor performance against banking center goals and adjust individual goals as needed.
* Execute consistent, outbound calling activities inside the banking center.
* Educate bank team on uncovering opportunities to help advance financial wellness of customers.
* Set priorities and follow through on implementation of defined sales and service activities.
* Promote company products and services in the community.
* Support proper functioning of all day-to-day operations.
* Actively participate in regular sales and staff meetings.
* Provide service to customers and prospective customers on various banking matters.
* Build successful working relationships with internal business partners.
* Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making.
* Maintain prescribed security controls to protect self and the banking center.
* Keep all sensitive information and customer business confidential.
* Contribute in a team environment to service customer needs.
**Other Skills and Requirements**
* Banking is a highly regulated industry; acquire and maintain proficiency in arenaflex's policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to conduct and work performed.
* Complete assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
* Register and maintain registry with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) to comply with S.A.F.E. Act Requirements.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and computer skills.
* Strong consumer lending skills preferred with solid understanding of consumer lending products.
* Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling, internal business development, and building a loyal customer base.
* Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
* Sound mathematical and analytical skills preferred.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and be flexible.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
* Must be available to work all hours of operations.
