**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
* Work closely with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements to drive business growth
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, and provide expert knowledge to customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and phone systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
