As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing guidance, support, and solutions to their healthcare-related queries. You'll be a healthcare hero, navigating the complexities of primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits with ease, armed with your knowledge and exceptional social skills.
**The Details**
* Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend!)
* 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
* 5-week intensive orientation (don't worry, we've got your back every step of the way!)

**Your Arsenal**
* High school diploma (bonus points if you've got a degree!)
* At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations
* Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
