As a Customer Service Advocate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for our members and providers, and maintaining performance and quality standards. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Advocate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and timely manner * Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact * Serving as the front-line resolution advocate on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns * Resolving basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution * Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics * Providing customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, via live chats, and emails * Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications * Remaining up-to-date and adhering to quality standards, regulation, and all other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance * Performing other duties as assigned * Complying with all policies and standards **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Advocate at careerzynith, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * 0-2 years of Call Center/Customer Service experience * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multi-task working independently from home free of distractions * Interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * 2-year call center experience * 2 years of claims experience * Medicaid Knowledge * Previous experience with Microsoft computer applications * Previous experience working remotely using multiple applications and screens **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Advocate at careerzynith, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $19 * A 1-year contract with the opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent position * A remote work arrangement with flexible hours (8-5 PM CST) * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A supportive and collaborative work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
