As a customer service agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing world-class service to our passengers. **Responsibilities** As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our flights. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Reporting to the Lead Customer Service Agent or Station Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, working together to ensure the station is orderly and clean. * Maintaining all equipment in working order and reporting any necessary repairs to ensure our operations run smoothly. * Ensuring safety practices are being followed and reporting any hazardous conditions to prevent accidents. * Ensuring safety and security regulations are met when passengers access the tarmac for aircraft boarding and deplaning. * Maintaining currency on all training requirements to stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and regulations. * Conducting GSC or CRO duties after receiving and successfully passing training. * Complying with local airport, FAA, and TSA policies to ensure compliance with regulations. * Station opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth start and end to each day. * Checking in passengers and baggage, following security procedures, and performing Cargo Load Report procedures. * Enplaning and deplaning passengers, as well as conducting aircraft security search procedures. * Ensuring all monies are accounted for, secured, and deposited per Company procedures. * Handling aircraft operation while it's on the ground, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of our aircraft. * Maintaining confidentiality of passenger's flight and personal information. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Superb customer service skills and prior experience**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our passengers.
