**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations, you will be responsible for:
* Safely handling and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and efficient operations
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related risks
* Operating ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion
* Utilizing baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
* Adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
**Work Environment and Schedule**
* Work will be performed in a fast-paced airport environment, with exposure to various weather conditions
* Shifts will range from early morning to overnight, with varying schedules based on operational needs

**What You Need to Succeed**
