Your tasks will include creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts, scheduling posts for our clients, and assisting Analytics in reports and data downloads. You'll work closely with our team to achieve a common goal, utilizing your excellent communication and research skills to ensure efficient and effective collaboration. **Essential Functions** * Provide customer support for all white glove clients across various ecommerce platforms * Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients * Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads * Utilize strong time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Develop and maintain excellent communication and research skills to ensure seamless collaboration with team members * Possess impeccable writing skills and an attitude of learning, with a sense of humor * Demonstrate discerning judgment, willing to stand up for the best use of the company's time and financial resources * Develop well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities * Be energetic, results-driven, and a finisher, with a willingness to work flexible hours and handle fires as needed * Contribute strategically in virtual staff huddles and monthly All Hands meetings * Utilize Wrike, Teamwork Desk, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Apps experience to streamline processes and improve efficiency * Possess a love for technology and efficiency, with a willingness to learn new technologies and marketing techniques as required for growth **Success Metrics** * Successful cross-collaboration with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments * Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients with their needs * Effortless collaboration with all arenaflex team members * Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game, willing to work flexible hours, handle fires, and learn new technologies/marketing techniques when required for growth, all within a wrapper of high ethics and responsibility **Qualification Requirements** * Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software * Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike * Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS * Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges * Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment * Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast-growing company * Must be proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing * We're looking for someone who can work with us long-term and get to know our clients in depth, providing creative solutions * Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform is preferred * Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
