Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, resolving issues, and maintaining positive patient relations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to patients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations, to provide accurate and informed responses to patient inquiries.
- Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating insurance coverage as needed and printing courtesy claims and itemized statements.
- Rebill accounts after receiving insurance information and arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed.
- Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment.
- The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not required, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
- Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a strong customer service background.
