**Job Description**
As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
* Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
* Working to deadlines and multitasking in a demanding environment
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

**Applicant Criteria:**
* A minimum of 3 years' customer services experience for an international parcel carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or DPD
* A friendly and professional demeanor, with a genuine enthusiasm for interacting and building relationships with customers
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
* Fluent English, both written and verbal
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Strong typing skills (40 wpm minimum)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications)
* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the parcel delivery industry
* Knowledge of parcel delivery processes and procedures
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
