**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Communicating with customers through online portals and systems, including email, chat, and phone

* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken

* 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support
