**Key Responsibilities**
As a Delivery Experience Champion - Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through direct communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing real-time support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely package delivery
* Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Upholding careerzynith values and maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions
* Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner
* Composing grammatically correct and accurate written responses to customer issues
* Approaching problems logically and making quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer
* Working a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to meet the demands of the role
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
* Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
