**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to our claims coordination team, including data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Following up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims
* Reviewing invoices for accuracy and compiling reports from systems with claims information
* Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
* Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
**Preferred Qualifications**
