You will work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates to achieve sales targets, maintain a safe and clean working environment, and provide a world-class customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide assistance. - Learn about products and services using arenaflex tools and provide information to customers to sell entire projects. - Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. - Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe. - Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. - Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department and other departments to achieve sales targets and provide a world-class customer experience. - Participate in sales promotions, events, and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to build a loyal customer base and drive repeat business. **Essential Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required;
