**Your Impact**
As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative – Omnichannel Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your role will involve:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Responding to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Connecting with Customers**: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries or concerns.
* **Calmly Resolving Issues**: De-escalating any issues that may arise and providing solutions to customers.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction.
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Maintaining accurate records of call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Offering feedback on call issues to improve our services.
* **Upselling**: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications or degrees are preferred.
* **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Proven Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
* **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is essential.
* **Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks, configure routers or switches, and troubleshoot basic network issues.
* **Core Proficiency with Laptops or Desktop Computers**: Ability to work efficiently with laptops or desktop computers.
* **Independent Work**: Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
* **Composure and Objectivity**: Ability to remain composed and objective in high-pressure situations.
