**Your Impact**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and industries. Your role will be to:
* **Field Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications/degrees are preferred but not required.
* **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Call Center Experience**: Proven experience in a call center environment is essential.
* **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of 25 WPM is required.
* **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is necessary.
* **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are required.
* **Home Wi-Fi Setup**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks is essential.
* **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure routers or switches is required.
