**The Role**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative – Virtual Perceptionist, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer to connect with our clients and their customers. You'll be an extension of our clients' businesses, helping them answer calls, resolve issues, and close sales. **Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
* Make a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience for our clients' customers

* Quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately, using active listening skills to resolve customer needs

**Required Qualifications**
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
