**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions they may have, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, providing creative solutions to meet their needs
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex tools and systems
* Receive truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of packages
**Physical Demands:**
* Perform physical labor including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable), adapting to the needs of our customers and our Locker locations
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units

**Requirements:**
* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
