We're committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and creating a positive impact on our communities. **Job Overview:** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will work in a designated retail location, assisting customers with their orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will be the ambassador of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery * Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards * Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receive truck deliveries and manage inventory * Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Go up and down stairs (where applicable) * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at arenaflex:** * **Safety:** Your safety is our top priority.
