**Job Overview**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be expected to assist customers with questions, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns
* Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
