**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions they may have, working through problem-solving scenarios to resolve issues
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring seamless operations
* Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
