As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be working in a dynamic retail environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring that their needs are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are properly stored and secured

* Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment for all our associates.
* Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a variety of settings, including Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, or warehouse lobbies.
* Activity: You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
* Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment.
* Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those found in a grocery store.
* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear may be necessary in select business units.
