**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex's Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and making their shopping experience unforgettable. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions they may have, resolving issues and providing solutions
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing of orders

* Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment for all our associates.
* Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
* Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
* Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
* Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
