**Job Overview:**
At arenaflex, we're committed to making the return and pickup of packages convenient for our customers at our Locker+ retail locations. Our team of dedicated associates is the backbone of this effort, and we're seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Returns and Pickup Specialist, you'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You'll also assist customers with questions, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
* Work through problem-solving scenarios, using critical thinking and creativity to resolve issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing and storage of packages
**Physical Demands:**
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

**Requirements:**
