**The Role**
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. You will be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Facilitate intake calls and requests from clients, providing exceptional customer service experiences
* Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients
* Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to clients
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills
* Very good verbal communication skills
* Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
* Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bi-lingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
* Experience in the language/translation industry
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services

**Work Environment and Company Culture**
arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, and our Customer Service Associates work from the comfort of their own homes. We offer a flexible schedule with set hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends. Full and Part-Time Positions are Available! Flexibility is key for this role.
