**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate on our Credit Monitoring & Reporting team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal customers on a variety of complex financial products and services. You'll respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and provide a best-in-class experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide support to internal customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical support
* Review basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, billing, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impact
* Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of related policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
* Act as a primary support person for the customer and internal partners supporting customer service
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and timely support
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* A BS/BA degree or higher
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Contact center experience
* Financial services experience
* Experience with BETA, SmartStation, & Agent Desktop
* Knowledge of investment terminology
* Credit margins knowledge
* Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
