Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we are committed to providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to excel in their roles. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. * **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. * **Merchandising and Inventory Management**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Asset Protection and Compliance**: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. * **Visual Merchandising and Display**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed. * **Photo Services and Web Pick-up**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products. Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers. * **Store Maintenance and Appearance**: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance. * **Training and Development**: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in customer service or a related field preferred. * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Knowledge of store systems and store equipment. * Experience with visual merchandising and display. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
