**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and exceeds their expectations.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service through various channels
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service standards
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of careerzynith products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Implementing employer asset safety measures to prevent loss and minimize waste
* Ensuring compliance with local and national laws and regulations regarding regulated products
* Assisting with visual merchandising, including creating and maintaining displays and presentations
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and inventory management
* Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital passport photo services and promotional product sales
* Assisting with online order pickup and fulfillment
* Maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with colleagues and customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with careerzynith
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
